Real and Fake
We have been learning the difference between real and fake. We can use our 5 senses to know if something is real and I have added some images of real things on my first slide. Fake things can be in our imagination and are not real. I have added some fake images to my second slide. It is important to know the difference when I add things to my digital footprint.

Persuasive writing
Kia ora, over the past few weeks in class we have been learning about persuasive writing. Below is my persuasive writing, I hope you enjoy reading it.
More Imaginative Writing in Class.
Did you know that imaginative writing helps build muscle memory and good habits? My name is Maani and I’m going to be talking to you about why we should have more imaginative writing in class.
I think we should have more imaginative writing because it helps me stay focused and I like to get my fingers moving. Kids who do more imaginative writing stay happy and also make better decisions in class. When you do more imaginative writing you will learn more and build confidence in your writing skills. When you write you will take away stress, it’s also good to be imaginative.
Some people say that we have to learn other writing stuff, but I think that just a little bit every day would be fine. Other people say that if we keep doing the same thing over and over we won’t be able to learn other stuff like maths and reading, but we can learn more writing skills and features.
Thank you for listening, please think about letting us have some more imaginative writing in class.
Maani
